Used in the BBC's production of Pride and Prejudice, Belton house was originally built in the late 17th Century and is one of the finest examples of restoration architecture. It has a large deer park and beautifully landscaped gardens including an orangery and lakeside walk. The lavishly decorated interior is also viewable with a silverware collection on display. The grounds also feature a large children's adventure playground. There is a gift shop, a plant and garden shop and a restaurant all on site and parking is free.
