Open all year round apart from Christmas day, ZSL London Zoo has over 750 species of animal. Exhibits include a restored Victorian bird house, a three-hall Aquarium, butterfly paradise, Gorilla enclosure, the Penguin pool and Clore Rainforest Lookout, which recreates a south-American rainforest under a translucent roof.
Refreshment outlets include The Oasis cafe which provides hot meals, a fish and chip shop, the oasis picnic shop and the Aquarium Kiosk.
