78 Derngate is a historic house with galleries in Northampton town centre in Northamptonshire.

This indoor attraction consists of one of three adjacent early 19th century, Grade II listed, town-houses in the centre of Northampton. Number 78 was owned by W. J. Bassett-Lowke in the early 1900s and architect and designer Charles Rennie Mackintosh was commisioned to remodel it in a Modernist style. Visitors can view the renovated rooms either on self guided tours or on a guided tour. Guided tours commence at 10:30am, 12 midday, 1:30pm and 3pm and last about an hour and fifteen minutes and are included in the entry price. There are also galleries at the attraction with exhibits relating to both Mackintosh and Bassett-Lowke and collections of contemporary craft.
