Go Ape Sherwood Pines

Go Ape Sherwood Pines is a high wires adventure course near Mansfield in Nottinghamshire.

Set on the edge of Clipstone forest, an area of woodland covering more than 3000 acres, the Tree top adventure course is suitable for adults and children over 10 and 4 ft 7 in tall. The main course takes place in the forest canopy around 8 Metres above the floor and has 6 sections featuring 41 crossings to get across including a 140 metre long zip wire. Including the safety briefing, completing the course should take somewhere between 2 to 3 hours.

There is also a Junior course at the venue which is aimed at 6 to 12 year olds with a minimum height of 3 ft 3 in, but can be enjoyed from 4 years if over the minimum height and accompanied on the course by an adult. There are also Forest Segway tours, lasting an hour, available to go on, for adults and children over 10 and over 7 stone. Walking and cycling trails nearby. Cycle hire on site at Sherwood Pines Cycles.
