Tropical Wings Zoo houses a large collection of birds, mammals, insects and reptiles many of which are endangered. Areas include the Tropical House an exotic, lush, humid, Tropical Rainforest environment, two Bird Gardens, the Sandy Hollow area which features meerkats and a walk-through Wallaby Paddock where you can feed the animals daily. The Pets corner has guinea pigs, rabbits and other small rodents and the Fantastic Farmyard area houses traditional farmyard animals like goats, geese, ponies and chickens.

There is a daily bird flying demonstration (wind and weather permitting) called the Wild Wings Show and a Children's adventure play area (open during busy periods only).

There are also Picnic Areas some of which are under cover.
There is a Gift Shop.
Snack Shack and Macawbers Cafe serving hot and cold food.
