Cherryburn

A National Trust property, Cherryburn is the birthplace of Thomas Bewick, Northumberland’s most famous artist and wood engraver. The site features his tiny original cottage, a later 19th-century farmhouse housing an exhibition of his life and work, and a traditional print room.
