Go Ape Haldon Forest

Go Ape Haldon Forest is a high wires adventure course near Exeter in Devon.

This outdoor active attraction has visitors navigating their way over obstacles constructed from mainly ropes and wood, which are strung between the trees at a height of around 14 Metres above the forest floor. Participants can enjoy the woodland scenery and from the high viewpoint can see as far as Dartmoor National Park.

The course is sited in Haldon Forest park and is split into 5 sections with 39 crossings. Amongst the obstacles are tarzan swings, rope bridges and two 235 Metre long zip wires. The course is suitable for adults and children from age ten, but they must also be over 1.4 M tall and there is a maximum weight allowance of 20.5 stone. Also near the venue are plenty of walking and cycling trails plus cycle hire, should you wish to continue your exploration of the forest.
