Warhammer World is the headquarters of Games Workshop with exhibits of role playing miniatures located in Nottingham in Nottinghamshire.
Games Workshops is a company which makes table top role playing games and associated merchandise including miniature figurines for use in playing the games. This indoor attraction is worth a visit for both table-top role playing fans or just people who would enjoy looking at displays of beautiful, individually hand-painted miniature figures of fantasy creatures, machines, humanoids and scenery items. The Citadel Miniatures Hall is the main display area with a range of temporary and permanent exhibits displaying a massive collection of figures and dioramas all expertly painted either by their own artists or other talented modellers. There's also an Events hall where role playing tournaments are held periodically on the purpose built gaming tables or groups can just book a table, for free, to use for a game. Some events are ticketed.
